Albany Youth are invited to a free screening of the animated film, "A Silent Voice"! When a grade school student with impaired hearing is bullied mercilessly, she transfers to another school. Years later, one of her former tormentors sets out to make amends. This critically acclaimed film looks at the complexities of bullying, mental health and living as a young person with a disability. Based on the Japanese Manga Series "A Silent Voice" by Yoshitoke Oima. This film contains mature themes and is not recommended for those under 15 without parental permission. This is a free event, but registration is essential. You must arrive before 6.00pm!
