This workshop would be of interest to writers of fiction, especially those writing or planning to write longer works (novellas and novels).
This hands-on interactive workshop will equip participants with the tools for plotting a novel or novella. It is suitable for people at any stage of a writing project and includes plenty of practice opportunities, as well as a framework which will empower participants to continue to build their expertise and confidence with plotting after the workshop.  

Topics covered include:

               • Understand the three sides of the plot ‘triangle’: who? what? and why?

               • Understand the elements of a scene & how scenes push the plot forward

               • Understand the relationship between character & plot

               • Create a plot outline for your story using a six-point story arc structure
