Albany Public Library is proud to be able to offer members access to eBooks. This service allows you to browse, reserve, borrow and return items without any need to pay us a visit and is totally free, just like the rest of your membership.
Currently we offer eBooks through the Libby and BorrowBox platforms. The selection varies from the physical stock we offer so items available in the Library may not be available as an eBook and vice versa.
To access these resources you will need to enter your Library card barcode and password.

Your library card gives you access to over 925,000 instantly downloadable titles including audiobooks, ebooks, comics, music, movies, and TV.
Content can be streamed from any computer via the hoopla website or downloaded onto a mobile device using the hoopla digital app for iOS and Android, use this helpful guide to get started.
