Simone Keane’s new album ‘Wild Thingz’ expresses the desire for freedom from oppression, perhaps an escape from our own minds, where demons sometimes lurk.

The fifteen track album was produced during a time of quiet retreat when songs infiltrated Simone’s psyche after a long period of self-imposed creative stagnation.  She had vowed never to return to the music industry and believed she had no more songs left to write. 

Produced by Mick Crannage, Wild Thingz showcases Simone’s versatility as a writer, composer and performer, and features a talented line up of local musicians.

Now back in the land of the living, Simone will be singing songs based on real experiences such as her fear of falling in love, her love for nature and her determination to stand firm on matters of truth where the lines of reality are blurred by greed and corruption.
