Seniors Qigong Session and Dietitian Talk

Join Lyndal Gallaway for an introductory session into Qigong (pronounced "chi gong").
Qigong involves using exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
This session will be followed by morning tea and a talk by local dietitian, Niomi Crowe, on Eating to Prevent Diabetes.
