Get help to set up the new ServiceWA app, which shows your proof of vaccination, provides the ability to check in with SafeWA and access G2G Pass for interstate travel--all in one place.
Available appointments include:
Thursday 10 Feb at 10am and 2pm (Albany Town Hall)
Monday 14 Feb at 10am and 2pm (Library)
February 15 Feb at 10am and 2pm (Library)
Thursday 17 Feb at 10am and 2pm (Albany Town Hall) - no bookings required for this session.
You will need to bring: Your device (including App Store or Play Store account details), two forms of ID (i.e. Driver's licence, Medicare card preferred, OR passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate or immigration card), and log in details for MyGov account.
If you don't have a MyGov account already setup, please bring your bank details (BSB and account number) that you have on record with Medicare to verify your Medicare account on MyGov.
If you don't have email access on your device, please also bring your email login details.
