Better Beginnings family literacy program is the State Library's award-winning initiative providing early literacy services to Western Australians.
Better Beginnings has grown from a small pilot into Australia's most extensive family literacy program, with over 1 million packs delivered to all 139 local governments across metro, remote and regional WA.
This year Better Beginnings turns 20!
