eResources are additional services that we offer to enhance the quality of your membership that can be checked out and returned online with no need to pay us a visit!

Typically, all you need to access our eResources is a valid Albany Public Library card and your password.

In some cases, you might need to download a separate application or set-up an account. When that is the case, the support people for those resources have provided step-by-step guides that you can use to get started.

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing one of these eResources we recommend first contacting the support team for that resource. We are unable to offer support in the form of resetting passwords or account recovery for these services.
